Order processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the payment confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gravolausa.com and include your name and order number in the email and we will review it.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to PO boxes, so consult our support team at info@gravolausa.com to confirm whether the chosen company ships to PO boxes.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Delays

During major holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders may be delayed due to the significant increase in the volume of orders. Even though these delays are beyond our control, our team will keep you informed if they occur.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gravolausa.com and include your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We approach this on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work toward a satisfactory resolution. Graviola Shop is insured by Liberty Mutual Insurance. If you encounter any issues, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
